Within the framework of the Success Story project, students of the Kuban State Agrarian University Business School had an online meeting with Igor Brener, Chairman of the AEB Southern regional committee HR sub-Committee, Cargill.

Igor Brener told students about his difficult path to achieving the goal. He talked about how he entered the university. Then he had numerous interviews to find a job. He went to work, which was in another city, and he risked everything to get something more.

Igor Brener specified that then he had everything that he needed. Currently, he works remotely like everyone else, spends more time with his family and learns something new every day. For example, he learns to play percussion instruments.            

Students listened to the speaker with great pleasure. They were particularly interested in how Igor Brener managed to get such background of knowledge. The guys found out what books the speaker likes, who influenced him and played an important role in life.

With great interest, future entrepreneurs asked our guest to give some tips in order to know what to do during the first job interview, how to communicate with the first employer and what to do in the near future.

“Previously, the race for interesting positions, development, career growth, personal development, and interesting work was between people. Now we will fight with artificial intelligence,” Igor Brener summed up and advised everyone to be as productive as possible during a pandemic.

The students of the Business School were very grateful for such a warm welcome in a new format. They look forward to the next guest in our project entitled “Success Story”.
